Step into the electrifying atmosphere of a live auction,  where anticipation crackles in the air and every bid is a heartbeat of excitement.  Meet our Auctioneer, Betty Hiatt.   Betty is a master of this ceremony, commanding attention with her rapid-fire chant and charismatic presence.  With each item presented, she will weave a narrative that is sure to elevate in significance, drawing you all into the allure.  Fortunes can change in an instant here, as bidders engage in a strategic dance of wit and determination.  Whether you’re a seasoned collector, an investor seeking opportunity, or a curious spectator swept up in the drama, the live auction promises an unforgettable experience where the thrill of the chase meets the satisfaction of acquisition.

We have plenty of unique and high-value items you just won’t find anywhere else, including the pies!  On this night, not only will we feature the live auction event, but we will select the winner of the Brixia .45 Pistol in the custom “We the People” wood case and the homemade Quilt made specifically for this event.  So please don’t hesitate to get those tickets now!  There is a limited number of tickets being sold and you don’t want to miss the chance to have your number drawn!

In this thrilling culinary competition, our esteemed leaders trade in their suits and ties for aprons and oven mitts as they whip up their most mouthwatering pie creations. From senators to representatives, commissioners to clerks, each participant brings their unique flair and flavor to the table in a bid to claim the coveted title of “Top Baker on the Ballot.”

As the aroma of freshly baked pies fills the air, attendees will have the opportunity to bid on a tantalizing array of sweet and savory pies, crafted with love and skill by our elected officials. From classic apple and pumpkin pies to innovative twists on traditional favorites, there’s sure to be something to satisfy every palate.

The competition is all about presentation, creativity, and a dash of political panache! Judges, comprised of esteemed community members and culinary experts, will carefully evaluate each pie based on appearance, and overall execution, ultimately crowning one lucky official as the ultimate pie-making champion.

So join us for a delectable afternoon of friendly competition, good-natured rivalry, and, of course, plenty of pie!
